Tortellini in cream sauce

1 pack (some are 8 oz, some are 10) refrigerated tortellini
8 strips bacon
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup shredded parmesan cheese
Italian seasoning, salt, pepper and red pepper flakes to taste
Start the water for the pasta.
While you are waiting on the water to boil, cook bacon (I usually use kitchen shears to cut into bite sized pieces before I cook it). When the bacon is finished, remove from pan and drain on paper towels. Using the same pan, turn the heat down to med low.
Cook tortellini according to package directions (Leave a little extra room in the pot, as the pasta swells when you cook it)
While the tortellini is cooking, add the heavy cream to the pan you used to cook the bacon. Return the bacon to the pan, along with the parmesan cheese. Add spices to your liking. Don’t bring the heat any higher than medium.
Drain the tortellini and mix with the cream sauce. Yum!

Really not a good weight watchers recipe...
